This weekend was the Rolex 24 HR at Daytona. My friend from New York flew in on Saturday night at 8 and we headed straight to the track. As soon as we got there we ran into problems with our will call tickets, they closed the will call at 7 for a 24 hour race! Who does that! We ran around to about 4 different places until we found this awesome guy that finally just let us in! I should have gotten his name so I could have thanked him on here. Once we got into the infield we found a place next to the straight after what I believe was the 3rd turn. It was kind of raining and cold but we didn’t care one bit, we were excited just to be there. We stayed up watching till around 6, it started getting really cold! Around 6 we got out the grill and grilled some Fajitas, then I passed out for about 4 hours.

I have quite a few pictures that I still have to process they will be up later but for now I just left you readers with one photo, just a taste. I also have video footage that I will put up! I bet you cant wait! I will finish up everything and have another post tomorrow, right now I have 2 projects to get done.

Great show last night at The Haven by the guys in Stricca, Jon The Liar, Buried Past Recall, and From Our Letters. Although I did not get any shots of From Our Letters I did get quite A few great pictures of the rest of the bands.

This last Sunday at The Social there was a great show featuring Another Day Late, Danger Radio, Envy On The Coast, and The Audition. All the bands put on a kick ass show, it was well worth the journey out! None of my pictures of Another Day Late Came out but, let me know what you think of the pictures that I did capture.

My roommate and I caught this lizard the other day and let it loose with the cats. It was fun while it lasted and the lizard stayed calm enough to get a few good pictures of it so I got to use my 50mm a little more so that was fun. I eventually pulled the lizards tail off and then we decided that was enough and released him back into the wild.

I haven’t posted in a couple of weeks now so I have decided I really need to post something, really anything to get back on track. Although I have been kind of board with my camera and pictures lately I was able to get a couple crappy images of the snow in Indiana. If I wouldn’t of lost all my pictures I took in Chicago I would be posting those but I don’t have those now so all I got is snow. I really should have went out and took a lot more in the snow but I was busy or I forgot my camera or it was 6 degrees outside!

I need some models! I want to take pictures of people a lot more now, I am tired of landscape and just plain things. I am getting a couple flashes and flash accessories real soon so that will keep my photography boredom at bay for a while, until then check out the snow.
