Battle of the Bands featuring BPR
My friend Chopper invited me out to take some pictures Buried Past Recall at The Social this last Sunday. Even though I ran out of room on my memory card I was able to get 20 pictures that turned out really well. I would have had so many more if I had a bigger card and faster camera but oh well, I will have one soon enough. This was my first live event so let me know what you think!
I also got a Couple shots of Crisis In Hollywood
Kaylyn's Photo Shoot
I did a little photo shoot with my friend Kaylyn yesterday, it went really well I think for being my first serious photo shoot. I have decided to put up some of the photos before I edit them just to show the before and after. Let me know what you think.

1 commentNew 50mm 1.8f
I ended up getting the 50mm 1.8f that is in the post below. It is a awesome lens and I absolutely love it! Check out some of the pictures that I have taken so far, I have a small shoot with one of my friends this weekend so I should get some good shots using this lens.
Everything was shot in f1.8, just cause I have never had a lens that has gone down that far.
The focal length at 1.8 is so small I love it.
I have been really liking these out of focus abstracts a lot latley, this was my favorite from this excursion!
My Christmas Wish List
SanDisk Extreme III, with a 20mb/s read and write speed this thing could greatly increase the speed of my playback times as well as the speed that I can transfer my photos onto my computer. I also need more space I am getting annoyed with having to go back through pictures and deleting them just so I can take more.
Canon 50mm f/1.8 II, I think this thing is just cool because of its low f-stop and also its not that much money at all, only $80 on ebay but, its just something new to play with really.
I been looking at lens all day and I think this is one of the best deals for me personally. Two Sigma Lens for $200, a 28-70mm and 70-300mm. The 70-300mm has macro capabilities and the 28-70mm has a low f-stop of 2.8. In my opinion these two lens are a perfect combination for the price.
This is my next camera! I am definitely going to save up and get this thing. It’s the Canon 40D, 10.1 MP and 3 in LCD screen are just 2 features that make this camera irresistible, as well as a pretty reasonable price. On eBay you can pick one of these up for around $1200 with a 18-55mm lens!
